Recipe - Quick Tortellini Supper

8 ounce Dried tortellini, uncooked
One half teaspoon Olive oil
1 cup Mushrooms, cut or sliced up
1 2/3 cup Frozen green peas, thawed
1 One half cup Fatfree cheddar cheese,
shredded
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
Cook tortellini according to package directions. In a skillet, heat oil
over medium heat. Add mushrooms. Cook until tender. Stir in tortellini and
peas. Continue cooking until heated through. Stir in one cup cheese, salt,
and black pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Carbohydrate; 40mg Cholesterol; 937mg Sodium
