Recipe - Quick Succotash

One half cup Water
10 ounce Frozen baby lima beans, (1
package) thawed
10 ounce Frozen whole kernel corn, (1
package) thawed
Three fourths cup Diced green bell pepper
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Dried whole summer savory,
crushed
2 cup Seeded and minced peeled
tomato
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add beans; cook, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Add corn and next 3 ingredients; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, and stir in tomato. Yield: 5 servings (serving size:
1cup).

Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 251mg Sodium
