Recipe - Quick Potato Soup

2 tablespoon Margarine or butter
One half cup Sliced green onions
One half cup Shredded carrot
1 cup Water
1 1/3 cup Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes
3 cup Milk
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Melt margarine in large saucepan over mediumhigh heat. Add onions and
carrot; cook 2 minutes or until tender. Add water; bring to a boil. Stir in
potato flakes, milk, salt and pepper. Cook until hot, stirring
occasionally.
