Recipe - Quick Pigs-In-A-Blanket

1 Small head cabbage; in med.
pieces
1 pound Ground beef
One half cup Chopped onion
One half cup Uncooked rice
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 cn Tomato soup
1 One half cup Water
One fourth cup Grated Parmesan cheese; OR
Grated Romano cheese
Chop cabbage into medium size pieces. Spread in a 9x13" pan. Brown ground
beef and onion. Drain. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon over cabbage.
Heat tomato soup with water. Pour over all. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake for 1 One half hours at 350 F. Fluff with fork. Can
Microwave on High for 2030 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.
