Recipe - Quick Milk Chocolate Fondue

Three fourths cup Heavy cream
12 ounce Milk chocolate; chopped
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
3 tablespoon Any liqueur (optional)
Foods for dipping (list
follows)
In a medium saucepan, warm the cream over mediumhigh heat just until
simmering. Remove from the heat; add the chocolate. Stir until melted. Stir
in vanilla and liqueur. Serve in a heated fondue pot or a bowl set on a
platter with the dipping goodies. The fondue will still be soft enough for
dipping after it has come to room temperature.
Yield: 2 cups
FOODS FOR DIPPING
Slices of apple, banana or pineapple Citrus sections Strawberries Grapes
Dried fruit Cubes of pound cake, sponge cake, caramels, marshmallows
Candied orange peel Pretzels Potato chips
