SAUTE IN VEGETABLE STOCK
2 Larges onions, minced
1 Carrot, grated
1 Green pepper, minced
2 teaspoon Cumin
2 teaspoon {or more} chilli
2 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 Taco seasoning mix
THROW IN
1 To 2 cups frozen corn
1 cn Kidney beans, drained &
Rinsed
1 cn Tomatoes
1 cup Leftover rice & peas.
One fourth cup Cracked wheat
It made a huge amount, so will no doubt be eating for rest of week.
