Recipe - Quick Lemon-Beef Stir Fry

One half cup Beef flank steak, thinly slc
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
2 teaspoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoon Lemon juice, fresh
White pepper
One fourth cup Carrots, shredded
One fourth cup Mushrooms, fresh, cut or sliced up
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
One half teaspoon Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Red chili flakes
1 teaspoon Lemon zest, finely minced
Salt
1 cn Water chestnuts, sm, cut or sliced up
One half cup Snow peas
Heat a wok or skillet. Add 1T vegetable oil. Add thinly cut or sliced up beef and
sautee until half cooked. Combine soy, hoisin, garlic, sugar, chili, lemon
and cornstarch into sauce and add to beef. When glazey, about 1 minute,
add salt & white pepper to taste and stir in vegetables. Stirfry until
mushrooms and snow peas are cooked but still crunchy. Serve immediately
