Recipe - Quick Humgarian Goulash

1 tablespoon Oil
1 pound Boneless beef sirloin; cut
into thin strips
1 md Onion; coarsely chopped
1 md Green bell pepper;
coarsely chopped
1 One half cup Water
1 cn (1416 oz) minced peeled
tomatoes; undrained
1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
3 teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Caraway seed
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
4 ounce Uncooked rotini (spiral)

Heat oil in 12inch skillet or Dutch oven over mediumhigh heat until hot.
Add beef strips; cook and stir 35 minutes or until browned. Add all
remaining ingredients except rotini; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add rotini.
Reduce heat to medium; cook uncovered 1015 minutes or until rotini is
tender, stirring occasionally. TIP: One 141/2OZ or 16OZ can whole
tomatoes, cut up, can be substituted for the minced tomatoes.
