Recipe - Quick Glazed Meat Loaf

2 Eggs; beaten
2/3 cup Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
(Kikkoman)
4 sl Bread; cubed
1 One half pound Ground beef
One half pound Ground pork
1 small Onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Chili powder
2 tablespoon Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
(Kikkoman)
Combine eggs and 2/3 cup teriyaki baste & glaze in large bowl; stir in
bread cubes. Let stand 5 minutes, or until cubes are soft. Mix in ground
beef and pork, onion and chili powder until well blended. Press firmly
into 10inch microwavesafe pie pan. Microwave on High 20 minutes; rotate
pan once. Brush top of meat loaf with remaining teriyaki baste & glaze;
microwave on High 5 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
