Recipe - Quick Croissants

6 Boneless; skinless chicken
breasts
1 Green pepper cut or sliced up
1 Onion cut or sliced up
1 cn (16oz) Hunts Tomato Ready
(I use the chunky special)
1 Chicken boullion cube
1 cup Boiling water
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
Garlic powder to taste

Sprinkle chicken breasts with garlic powder and brown in skillet coated
with Pam. Place in bottom of crockpot. Top with cut or sliced up peppers and onions.
Disolve boullion cube in water. Add cornstarch and mix thoroughly. Add
Hunts Tomato Ready to boullion mixture and pour over chicken in crockpot.
Cook on low 45 hours. Serve over rice.
