Recipe - Quick Creamy Alfredo Sauce

1 cup Evaporated milk, skim
One fourth cup Butter Buds; liquid
One fourth cup Flour
4 teaspoon Chicken broth, fatfree
One fourth teaspoon Garlic; minced
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Salt, lite; (optional)
One fourth cup Cheese, Parmesan fatfree
In a small saucepan over low heat blend flour, Butter Buds, milk and
chicken broth. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over
low heat until the sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve
immediately. Serve with cooked fettuccine (1012 ounces, cooked).
