1 One half pound Boneless skinless chicken
breast halves; cut into 1
inch cubes
One half cup Red or green bell pepper;
chopped
1 pound Chicken stock
One fourth pound Green chilies; chopped
1 One fourth pound White kidney beans; rinsed
and drained
1 ounce Chili seasoning

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté chicken
35 minutes, or until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and bring
to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.
