Recipe - Quick Cherry Tomatoes

2 pt Cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoon Reducedcalorie margarine
2 tablespoon Fresh basil
In a nonstick skillet over mediumhigh heat, saute tomatoes in melted
margarine just until heated through, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with basil.
Cook and stir until basil is wilted, about 1 minute. Serve hot.

Variation ^ Use a combination of basil, parsley, oregano and thyme, or dill
