Recipe - Quick Cheese And Pepper Bread

Ingredients:

2 cup Flour
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
1 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Fresh pepper
1 cup Buttermilk
1/3 cup Margarine
2 Eggs

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 9X5 loaf pan.

2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off.

3. In a medium bowl combine flour, cheese, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt
and pepper.

4. In a small bowl combine buttermilk, margarine and eggs; blend well and
add to dry mixture.

5. Stir ingredients until just moistened, and pour into greased pan.

6. Bake for 3545 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

7. Cool completely on a wire rack, wrap and store in the refrigerator.
