Recipe - Quick Caesar Salad

One half cup Caesar dressing
1 lg Or 2 small bunches romaine;
torn into bitesize pieces
(10 cups)
1 cup Caesar or garlicflavored
croutons
1/3 cup Freshly grated Parmesan
cheese
Freshly ground pepper
1. Pour dressing into large salad bowl. Add romaine; toss until coated with
dressing.
2. Sprinkle with croutons, cheese and pepper; toss.
1 Serving: 130 calories (90 calories from fat); 10 g fat (2 g saturated); 5
mg cholesterol; 370 mg sodium; 8 g carbohydrate (2 g dietary fiber); 4 g
protein.
