Recipe - Quick Bread Salad

One fourth cup Olive oil
3 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
3 tablespoon Snipped fresh oregano
One half teaspoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth pound Whole wheat sourdough bread,
cut in 1 One half in cube
One half pack (10 oz) torn Italianstyle
mixed salad greens
1 md Tomato, cut in thin wedges
One fourth cup Cherry tomatoes or yellow
sweet pepper, halved
One half cup Greek or other olives
In a screwtop jar combine oi, vinegar, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cover tightly and shake well.
In a large salad bowl combine bread cubes, torn Italianstyle mixed greens,
tomato wedges, cherry tomatoes or sweet pepper and olives. Add dressing;
toss and serve.
