1 Beef; (1pound) top round
steak, thinly cut or sliced up
One half cup A.1. SWEET & TANGY or
Original Steak Sauce
One fourth cup Soy sauce
1 One half tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 Bag; (16ounce) frozen mixed
vegetables
Three fourths cup COLLEGE INN Beef Broth
Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes
1. Mix beef, steak sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain
beef, reserving steak sauce mixture.
2. Cook and stir beef in hot oil in large skillet for 2 to 3 minutes. Add
vegetables, reserved steak sauce mixture and beef broth; heat to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer 1 minute.
