Recipe - Quick Bean Salad With Tuna

Ingredients:

7 ounce (198g) can of solid light
Tuna, drained
19 ounce (540ml) romano beans, rinsed
And drained
One half cup Thinly cut or sliced up or minced red
Onion
2 Italian plum tomatoes in
Wedges
One half cup Sliced black olives
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Fresh parsley,finely chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Break up tuna fish and combine with beans, onions, tomatoes and olives. In
separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, parsley and oil. Pour over
mixture. Toss to coat and serve. Additional oil and lemon juice may be
