Recipe - Quick Bbq Beef Bake

1 One half pound Ground beef
Three fourths cup Onion chopped
18 ounce BBQ sauce
2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
2 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs

Preheat to 400. Cook meat and One half cup of the onion, drain. Stir in bbq
sauce. Spoon into a 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Blend bisquick
,milk, and eggs til well blended,, pour over meat. Sprinkle with rest of
the onion. Bake for 2527 minutes. Til crust is light golden brown.

Try add some chopped green peppers, and chopped tomatoes.
