Recipe - Quick Apple Whip

200 ml Double cream
1 tablespoon Icing sugar
75 g Apple sauce
Knob of butter
2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
1 Pinches cinnamon
6 Blackberries; (6 to 8)
Sprinkle of chocolate
vermichelli
1 Softly whip the cream in a bowl. Add the sugar and fold in the apple
sauce. In the meantime, make the topping. Heat the butter in a small frying
pan and fry the breadcrumbs and cinnamon for 12 minutes until crisp and
golden.
2 Spoon the apple cream mixture into two tall serving glasses. Sprinkle the
breadcrumb topping onto each. Place a few blackberries on top along with a
sprinkle of chocolate vermichelli.
