Recipe - Quick Apple Muffins

1 Stick butter
One half cup Light brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon.

In a small mixing bowl cream together:

Split 6 english muffins, toast, then spread each muffin half with 1 Tbl of
the buttersugar mixture. Mix remaining buttersugar mixture with a 20 oz
can drained, cut or sliced up pie apples and distribute over muffins. Broil 4 min to
heat apples and melt butter mixture.
