Recipe - Quakers Tantalizing Baked Chicken

1 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked
(quick or oldfashioned)
1/3 cup Grated parmesan cheese
One half teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon Salt (optional)
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 Broilerfryer chicken
(2One half to 3One half lb),
cut up
1/3 cup Milk
One fourth cup Margarine or butter; melted
Heat oven to 375 F. Place dry ingredients in blender container or food
processor bowl; cover. Blend or process about 1 minute, stopping
occasionally to stir. Coat chicken pieces with oat mixture; dip into
milk. Coat again with oat mixture. Place in 15x10inch jelly roll pan;
drizzle with margarine. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear
when chicken is pierced with fork.
