Recipe - Q Streusel Topping Crust Stuff

1 cup Apple Sauce
1 cup Finely chopped Walnuts
and/or Pecans
One fourth cup Flour
One fourth cup Brown Sugar
2 tablespoon Hickory; (or other seasoned)
Salt
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
One half Stick melted Butter

Combine well all room temp ingredients except butter. Now mix in melted
butter. Spoon over lean grilled pork as soon as you turn it. Cover. (This
makes it Q, right?) It has to cook some on the top there. Serve this
"Streusel Side Up."
