1 pound Walnuts
1 pound Honey
One half pound Almonds
One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Ginger or
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Bring honey and sugar to a boil until the soft ball stage is reached. Add
flavouring. Put on a wet board, flatten to 1/4inch thickness. When cool,
cut in diamond shapes.
