Recipe - Purely Pork Rub

2 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoon Brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoon White sugar
2 teaspoon Paprika
2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
One half teaspoon Cayenne

Combine ingredients in an airtight container or freezer bag. Shake and toss
to mix.
