Recipe - Pungent Salt Substitute

3 teaspoon Basil
2 teaspoon Summer savory
2 teaspoon Celery seed
2 teaspoon Ground cumin
2 teaspoon Sage
1 teaspoon Thyme
2 teaspoon Marjoram

Put ingredients into a blender, food processor or clean coffee grinder. (Or
crush with a mortar and pestle.) Blend well. Store in a glass container in
a cool, dry place. To prevent caking, add a few grains of rice.
