Recipe - Pumpkin White Chip Macadamia Bars

2 cup Allpurpose flour
2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Butter or margarine
Softened
One half cup Granulated sugar
One half cup Packed brown sugar
1 cup Canned pumpkin
1 Egg
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 cup White chocolate chips
2/3 cup Macadamia nuts chopped
Combine flour, cinnamon, cloves and baking soda in small bowl. Beat butter
and sugars in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in pumpkin, egg and
vanilla until blended; gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1One half cups
morsels and nuts. Spread into greased 15One half x 101/2" jellyroll pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 18 to 22 minutes or until wooden pick
inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Place
remaining morsels in heavyduty plastic bag. Microwave on mediumhigh
(70%) power for about 45 seconds; knead. Microwave at 10 second intervals,
kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle over
bars. Makes about 48 servings. Per bar: 136 calories, 8.7 g fat.
