Recipe - Pumpkin Rolls Abm

DOUGH
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Butter; or margarine
One fourth cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Cinnamon; up to 1
One half cup Oats
2 One half cup Bread flour
1 One half teaspoon Fast acting yeast
FILLING
1 cup Canned pumpkin
One half cup Raisins; (or dried
Cranberries)
Or cherries
One half cup Brown sugar
One half cup Chopped pecans; or walnuts
These rolls are a decadent treat which just happen to be very low in fat so
you can really enjoy them.
Remove dough upon completion of cycle and roll into a rectangle on a
floured counter. Add only enough flour to prevent sticking. Mix all filling
ingredients together and spread evenly over dough.
Roll dough in a jellyroll fashion wide end to wide end. Cut into 12 equal
pieces and place in greased muffin tins. Cover and let rise in a warm,
draft free location for 3045 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 350 F. over for 2030 min. or until golden brown.
