Recipe - Pumpkin Pineapple Cake

Three fourths cup Granulated sugar
One half cup Whole wheat flour
One fourth teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
1 cn (13 ounces) evaporated
nonfat milk
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Egg whites
1 teaspoon Allspice
One half teaspoon Nutmeg
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cn (16 ounces) pumpkin
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10 x One half inch pie plate with nonstick
coating. Combine all ingredients, except egg whites. Blend until smooth.
Fold in egg whites. Pour into pie plate. Bake 4550 minutes or until a
knife inserted in center comes out clean.
