Recipe - Pumpkin Pie Square

1 Yellow cake mix (save out 1
Cup)
1 Egg
One half cup Margarine melted
16 ounce Pumpkin
One fourth cup Brown sugar
2 Eggs
2/3 cup Evaporated milk
2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
1 cup Saved cake mix
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth cup Margarine cut in (like pie
Crust)
Cool Whip®

Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in 9x13 inch greased pan. Mix next 5
ingredients and pour over cake mix. Mix together the 1 cup of cake mix, 1
teaspoon cinnamon, and One fourth cup margarine (cut in like making pie crust).
Sprinkle on top and bake at 315 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Keep in
refrigerator; top with Cool Whip.
