Recipe - Pumpkin Nut Bread

3 1/3 cup Flour
2 teaspoon Soda
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
3 cup Sugar (or 2 cups, works
fine)
4 Eggs
2 cup Pumpkin
2/3 cup Water
1 cup Chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Make a well and add sugar, eggs, pumpkin and water. Beat well until smooth.
Add nuts, and mix into mixture. Pour into three greased and floured loaf
pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
These freeze very well.
