Recipe - Pumpkin Date Nut Bread

Three fourths cup Pumpkin pie filling
1/3 cup Milk; skim
1 lg Egg
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
2 1/3 cup Bread flour
2/3 cup Flour; wholegrain wheat
3 tablespoon Brown sugar; packed
2 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Ginger
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon Allspice
2 teaspoon Yeast
One half cup Walnuts*; coarsely chopped
1/3 cup Dates*; chopped
Add ingredients to the machine in the order listed with the exception of
walnuts and dates. Bake on fruit and nut cycle. When addition beep
sounds, add walnuts and dates. Makes a 1 One half pound loaf.
