Recipe - Pumpkin Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

4 Eggs
2 cup Sugar
16 ounce Can pumpkin
1 One half cup Vegetable oil
3 cup Allpurpose flour
2 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cup Chocolate chips; (12 ounce .)

In a large mixing bowl, beat egg, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon andsalt; add to pumpkin
mixture and mix well. Fold in chcoolate chips. Fill greased or paperlined
muffin cups Three fourths full. Bake at 400 F. for 1620 minutes or until muffins
test done. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Yield:
