Recipe - Pumpkin-Zucchini Fritters

1 Egg
One fourth cup Milk
One half cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spices
One half cup Canned pumpkin
1 Zucchini
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Put egg in mixing bowl. Add milk, flour and baking powder. Mix well. Stir
in pumpkin pie spices. Fold in pumpkin and zucchini. Heat oil over
mediumhigh heat. Cook by tablespoons in hot oil until golden brown. Drain
on paper towels. Serve warm.
Approximately 810 minutes.
