Recipe - Pudding Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 One fourth cup Unsifted flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Margarine; softened
One fourth cup Granulated sugar
Three fourths cup Brown sugar; packed
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 pack Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix;
(4 serving pac
2 Eggs
12 ounce SemiSweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Chopped nuts; (optional)

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla, and
pudding mix in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in
eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. Drop by
rounded measuring teaspoons, about 2" apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 810 minutes.

For Chocolate ChocolateChip Cookies, use Chocolate flavored instant
pudding mix rather than Vanilla.
