Recipe - Prosciutto-Wrapped Figs

One half pound Prosciutto
6 Figs; fresh or canned,

One half cup Dry white wine; optional
Fresh ground black pepper
Cut figs into thick bitesize slices. Sprinkle with wine. Allow to sit for
30 minutes, then wrap with prosciutto around each fig slice and secure with
a toothpick. Sprinkle with a couple turns of fresh ground black pepper. To
obtain the best presentation serve 3 slices per person white serving
plates.
