1 Onion; do not peel
1) Bake the onion on a baking sheet at 400F for 1 hour or until tender and
golden.
2) When cool enough to handle, peel and discard the skin. Chop the onion,
refrigerate until cold.
3) Add to soups, stews, gravies, sauces, relishes, casseroles and bread
dough.
