1 cup Ketchup
One half cup Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Chili powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half cup Water
3 Ribs celery; chopped
3 Bay leaves
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tablespoon Onion; chopped
4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 ds Black pepper
4 tablespoon Butter
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bing mixture to a boil. Turn
diown heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain.
