Recipe - Preserved Lemons

Ingredients:
Preserved Lemons recipe makes 1 Pound
One half pound Green chillies
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Whole garlic (not clove)
1 tablespoon Corn oil
Wash chillies and slit on one side
Grind garlic and salt together and stuff into chillies
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chillies until light brown Compiled by I.
