Ingredients:
Preserved Kumquats recipe makes 1 Servings
One half pound Green chillies
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Whole garlic (not clove)
1 tablespoon Corn oil
Wash chillies and slit on one side
Grind garlic and salt together and stuff into chillies
