Recipe - Praline Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
Praline Sweet Potatoes recipe makes 8 Servings
4 cup Sweet potatoes or yams;
(mashed)
One half cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Vanilla
4 Beaten eggs
One half pt Heavy whipping cream
TOPPING
1 Stick butter
1 cup Brown sugar
One half cup Flour
Pecans; (about 1 1 1/2
cups) chopped
Mix ingredients above well. Spread evenly in buttered casserole dish.
Topping: Mix these ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potato
mixture and bake in 350 degree oven until warmed (topping should be a
little bit bubbly)
