Recipe - Prairie Fire Spiced Nuts

Ingredients:

3 cup Pecans 1/2's
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Butter; unsalted
One fourth teaspoon Cloves; ground
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon; ground
1 One half tablespoon Prairie fire spice
1 cup Sugar

Toast Pecans in a 350 degree oven for 58 min. Remove from oven add butter
and honey. Stir to coat. Add spices. Stir to coat. Add half the sugar,
and toss. Place on waxed paper to cool. When cool toss with remaining
sugar. Serve as is or over top Ice Cream.
