SALAD
1 cup Seedless grapes
15 ounce Small white beans; drained
One half cup Diced celery
One fourth cup Slinced green onions
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
LEMONMUSTARD DRESSING
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoon Dijonstyle mustard
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
FOR SERVING
Lettuce leaves
Combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well Serve on lettuce leaves.
Makes 4 servings.
Combine the ingredients for the dressing. Mix well. Makes One fourth cup.
