Recipe - Poultry Flavoring Mix

1 cup Nutritional yeast flakes
1 tablespoon Salt
One half teaspoon Ginger
One half teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Marjoram
1 teaspoon Tarragon
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Rosemary
2 teaspoon Sage
2 teaspoon Celery seed
2 teaspoon Thyme
2 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoon Onion powder

Pulverize in a blender and store in a cool place. For gravy, buzz ~1 Tb.
flavor mix and ~1 Tb. flour per 3 4 fl.oz. water in a blender depending
on desired thickness. Simmer or microwave, stirring periodically until
thickened. Thin with water as desired. Good broth base make a veggie
chickenless soup or gravy with this.
