Recipe - Poulsbo (7-Grain) Bread

1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 One fourth cup Bread flour
Three fourths cup 7grain cereal mix
1/3 cup Whole wheat flour
1 One half tablespoon Powdered buttermilk
1 One half tablespoon Applesauce
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Molasses
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 1/8 cup Warm water
One half cup Sunflower seeds

All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature before
starting. Add all the ingredients except the sunflower seeds to the pan in
the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press "Start". Add the sunflower
seeds just before the end of final kneading when the "beeps" sound. Gaye
