Recipe - Poulet Roule

25 g Butter; (1oz)
1 tablespoon Oil
1 Clove garlic; crushed
4 Chicken breast fillets
4 Salad onions; cut or sliced up
125 g Mushrooms; cut or sliced up (4oz)
1 100 gram pac roule cheese
3 tablespoon Creme fraiche
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
TO GARNISH
Freshly Chopped Parsley
1. Heat the butter and oil, add the garlic and chicken and cook for 1215
minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.
3. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.
4. Add the roule, creme fraiche and seasoning to the pan and heat through
thoroughly.
5. Spoon over the chicken and garnish with the parsley. Serve immediately
with new or saut‚ potatoes and vegetables.
