3 Boiled potatoes; cut or sliced up
1 One half cup Diced cooked fish
Three fourths cup Cauliflower or mushrooms;
cut or sliced up
2 Hard cooked eggs; cut or sliced up
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Allpurpose flour
1 cup Sour cream
One fourth cup Water
3 tablespoon Bread crumbs
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon Butter
Arrange half the potato slices, fish, cauliflower and eggs in a greased 1
One half quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend flour into sour
cream; stir in water. Spoon over casserole. Add remaining potatoes, fish,
cauliflower, and eggs. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter; sprinkle over
casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
