Recipe - Potluck Potatoes

2 pound Frozen hash browns
Thawed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup or
Cream of chicken
2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese
Shredded
1 pt Sour cream
1 Stick butter
One half cup Onions chopped
One fourth teaspoon Pepper

Topping: 2 cups corn flakes crushed One fourth cup butter melted

Mix ingredients together, except topping, in a 9x13 inch pan. In a small
bowl, mix the topping together and sprinkle over the top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
