Recipe - Potlatch Salmon

6 8oz. salmon steaks
1 tablespoon Juniper berries; (about 50)
2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
garnish
Lemon wedges; or lime wedges
Mayonnaise
Lightly crush juniper berries. Push 68 berries into each steak. Sprinkle
fish with salt and pepper.
Grill over coals 56 minutes on each side. Garnish with lemon wedges and
mayonnaise.
Serves 6.
