Recipe - Potatoes Romanoff

4 Potatoes quartered
2 tablespoon Margarine
1 cup Fatfree sour cream
1 md Onion cut or sliced up
1 One fourth cup Cheddar cheese shredded
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 1 One half quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with margarine, sour cream, onions, 3/4
cup cheese, salt and pepper. Turn mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with
remaining cheese and paprika. Bake uncovered, for 40 minutes.
